This website is a few pages about a chalet hotel in Arvessin. It has no forms and no accounts, and it doesn't sell anything, so there isn't much to say here. What there is, we'd rather say plainly.
What the pages collect
Nothing you type, because there's nowhere to type it. We don't run analytics, ad trackers or social media plugins. The page styles come from our own server, and no outside fonts or scripts are pulled in.
Cookies
None. The site sets no cookies at all, so there is no banner asking you to accept them.
When you email us
Messages to [email protected] are read by the front desk so we can reply to them. We see what any email shows: your address, your name if you gave it, and whatever you wrote. We use that only to answer you and, if you're coming to stay, to get the room ready.
Email threads are deleted 12 months after the last message. They are never sold, never passed to advertisers and never added to a newsletter list (we don't have one).
We will never ask by email for passwords, card numbers, bank details or copies of ID documents. Your ID is only looked at in person, at the door of the gaming floor. If an email that seems to come from us asks for any of those things, it didn't come from us.
Our web host
Like every server, ours writes a short log of each request: the IP address, the time and which page was opened. These logs exist so the site keeps working and can be protected from abuse. We don't use them to build profiles of anyone.
Removing your messages
Write to the same address and tell us which messages you'd like removed. We'll delete them and confirm by reply.
